3.  --your company name-- will not sell Co-Branded Branch Automation software to end users.  --your company name-- will offer Co-Branded Branch Automation software Free with  --your company name-- Services/ Software/ Hardware solutions.

4. --your company name-- will add branch-automation.com website link on  --your company website name-- websites bottom of all web pages.

5.  --your company name-- will Renew this agreement every year. Otherwise this agreement will expired automatically from branch-automation.com side.

6. Branch-automation.com can terminate this agreement anytime without giving any reasons.

7. Branch-automation.com can be change above terms and conditions anytime without notice in future. 


About our co-branding logo:

1. We are sending here our logo and company name, add, tel, e-mail details. which you can publish on your software.


2. We also required your Data Syncronizaton solution. We are sending here sample database file to convert our Database into XML format and again XML into Databse format.
